We're moving into the commercial delivery of a scaling architectural framework. Bringing in Ryan and Felicia (Software Engineering) and Peggy (Human-Centered AI Product) is a deliberate maneuver — to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and human-centered product optimization.
Our operational philosophy is "all-in-one" on the Lark ecosystem. By centralizing institutional knowledge and eliminating fragmented communication, we aim to double output efficiency — so a 20–40 hour contribution yields 40+ hours of realized corporate value.
This orientation prepares you for a period of intensive professional growth — transitioning you into specialized roles within our core engineering and product departments.

- Lark Calendar & Upward ManagementLark 日历与向上沟通 You're required to subscribe to leadership calendars to identify availability windows. Conversely, proactively mark your own "school / home" unavailability to prevent scheduling conflicts. 必须订阅 leader 的日历,自己找空档;反过来,把自己"上课 / 家中事务"等不可用时间提前标出,避免约会冲突。
- Tasks & MeegoTasks 与 Meego Tasks handles day-to-day accountability. Meego is the visual project roadmap — Product Heads use it to see departmental "waves" and exactly where each person sits in the cycle. Tasks 管日常问责;Meego 是可视化的产品路线图 —— 产品负责人在 Meego 上能直接看到每个部门的"节奏波"以及每个人当下处在哪一节。
- Meeting & Minutes (External AI Supplement)会议与 Minutes(用外部 AI 补足) We use Minutes for transparency, but the native Lark AI summary feature isn't enabled yet. Interns are expected to manually facilitate summaries by inputting transcripts into the company's NotebookLM account or other approved LLMs — to reinforce learning and document action items. 我们用 Minutes 录会、保证透明,但公司目前没开 Lark 原生 AI 总结功能。实习生需要自己把会议转写丢进公司 NotebookLM 账号或其它已批准的 LLM 里做总结 —— 既是强化学习,也是把行动项落到纸面。

Closing the Mindset Gap关掉"心态鸿沟"
To succeed, focus on reducing senior friction. Leadership like our CTO, Lei, is "busy enough to kick the back of his own head." If a senior leader has to spend more time coaching you than it would take to do the work themselves, the internship loses its value.
要做得好,核心是减少高管成本。像 CTO Lei 这样的 leader,忙到"自己后脑勺都顾不上"。如果带你的时间比 leader 自己上手做还久,这份实习的价值就不在了。
- Aggressive Upward Management主动向上管理 Don't wait for instructions. If your leader is unresponsive on Lark during a critical path, you're expected to call them — Lark or mobile — directly, or use WeChat / text. "Interrupting" to clear blockers is a requirement, not an intrusion. 不要等指令。关键路径上 leader 在 Lark 不回,你应该直接打电话 —— Lark 通话或手机都行,或者 WeChat / 短信。"打断"是责任,不是冒犯。
- Hands-on Commercial Learning在商业项目里学 We prioritize the "making of things." Theoretical study belongs in the classroom; here value is created through the practical execution of commercial projects. 我们优先"造东西"。理论是课堂的事,在这里,价值来自把商业项目实打实做出来。
- Startup Agility创业心态 You are not a small screw in a large machine. You're expected to grasp the "Global Angle" of the business and act with the agency of a founder. 你不是大机器里的一颗小螺丝。你被期待能抓住业务的"全局视角",以创始人的能动性去行动。
AI Usage PolicyAI 使用准则
AI utilization (Gemini, Claude, etc.) is highly encouraged — but governed by a non-negotiable safeguard:

- Ultimate Responsibility.最终责任在你。 You are 100% responsible for the output. 你对产出 100% 负责。
- Zero-Garbage Policy.零垃圾原则。 Delivery of unvetted, unprofessional, or "hallucinated" AI content is strictly forbidden. 未经核验、不专业、"AI 幻觉"的内容严禁直接交付。
- Verification Protocol — "3× AI test, 2× human check."校验协议 ——"3 轮 AI 验,2 轮人工查"。 Every AI-generated deliverable must pass the 3× AI test, 2× human check: stress-test the logic with AI three times, then meticulously review by hand twice before submission. 每一份 AI 生成的交付物都必须通过 "3 轮 AI 压力测试 + 2 轮人工细查" 才能提交。
- Tools Are Provided — Don't Buy on Your Own.付费工具公司出钱,不要自己买。 We provide all kinds of paid/free AI tools — you don't need to buy credits yourself. Before trying any new tool, check the approved list: approved AI tools list ↗. If a tool you need is available, ask Han (Founder & CEO) to apply for it. Two universal principles. 两条通用准则。
Ownership, then independent learning. 先讲所有权,再讲独立学习。
1 — Ownership & Task Deadline Alignment1 — 所有权与任务截止对齐
Whenever a Leader or Mentor assigns you a task, confirm the expected completion timeline as early as possible. In most cases the deadline will be included in the assignment.
If the timeline isn't specified, you are expected to:
- Proactively confirm the expected deadline with your Leader/Mentor, or
- Propose the earliest realistic completion time yourself.
Once a task is completed, notify your Leader/Mentor for review and validation before considering the work finalized.
Strong ownership, proactive communication, and reliable execution are highly valued in our startup culture.
每当 leader 或 mentor 派给你一个任务,尽早确认预期完成时间。多数情况下,deadline 会随任务一起给。
没明确的话,你需要:
- 主动向 leader / mentor 确认预期 deadline,或
- 自己提出可行的最早完成时间。
任务做完后,把它送回 leader / mentor 那里复核验收,通过之后才算"做完"。
强所有权、主动沟通、可靠交付 —— 这是我们创业文化里最被看重的特质。
2 — Self-Learning First, Then Ask Smart Questions2 — 先自学,再问聪明问题
In a fast-moving startup, independent learning is critical. Before asking questions, please:
- Review training recordings & related docs if the topic has been covered;
- Search online (Google, documentation, tutorials);
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude);
- Discuss with peers when appropriate.
Leaders/Mentors are happy to help with specific work challenges and deeper discussions. However, repeated training on previously covered material may not be provided.
Instead of asking only "how to do this," try to:
- First attempt your own solution,
- Organize your thoughts and assumptions,
- Then discuss ideas, blockers, or proposed solutions with your Leader/Mentor to validate your approach.
We value interns who demonstrate curiosity, initiative, problem-solving ability, and independent learning.
在快速运转的创业团队里,独立学习极其重要。问问题之前,先做这些:
- 如果这个主题之前讲过,先看培训录像和相关文档;
- 上网搜(Google、官方文档、教程);
- 用 AI 工具(ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude);
- 合适的时候,跟同伴讨论。
Leader / mentor 愿意帮你处理具体的工作难题和更深入的讨论,但已经覆盖过的内容通常不会再重复培训。
不要只问"这个怎么做",试着:
- 先自己尝试一个方案,
- 把思路和假设整理清楚,
- 然后带着想法、卡点或解决方案去跟 leader / mentor 讨论,验证方向是否正确。
我们偏爱那种好奇心强、主动、会解决问题、能独立学习的实习生。
